This rating score is an average of all responses to care provider questions on our nationally-recognized Press Ganey patient satisfaction survey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

Why don’t we see patient ratings and comments for every doctor?

Star ratings and comments currently are available only for providers who are employed by Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Physicians and have at least 30 patient surveys returned.

When you choose an LG Health Physician, you have a whole Be Well Team partnering with you proactively to coordinate your care, helping you make the right choices to stay healthy and have a positive healthcare experience.

Your LG Health Physician serves as the team leader, getting to know patients, their families and their goals. In addition to the team below, additional members follow-up on routine screenings, ensure you’re taking medications as prescribed, update your electronic health record and coordinate future appointments to give you the most positive experience possible. Your Be Well Team also coordinates with LG Health Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists. Together, they partner with you to help you improve mobility, relieve pain or recover from illness or injury. LG Health Physicians and your Be Well Team are your partners in keeping you well.
