Keith Espenshade

Fellowship Program Director, Clinical Pastoral Education Supervisor

In his role at Lancaster General Health since 1998, Keith has significantly expanded the CPE program, including the inception of a residency program in 2004. A key professional interest of his is systems perspective, including Bowen Family Systems Theory and Yvonne Agazarian’s Systems-Centered Training®, which he utilizes to understand and engage systems in transformative ways. Keith is certified by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc., graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with a Masters of Divinity with a Pastoral Counseling concentration, and ordained by the Mennonite Church, USA.
 

 

Peter Jupin
Staff Chaplain, Lancaster General Health, Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute

Pete is the staff chaplain at the Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute. He has worked as a chaplain at LG Health since 1998. His primary experience has been in palliative care and oncology. Pete graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and Temple University Schools of Social Work and is an ordained deacon in the Roman Catholic Church, Diocese of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. His professional interests include the role of faith in healing, the spirituality of work and vocation and the search for meaning and hope in the cancer experience.

 

 

Randall Oyer, MD

Medical Director Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute
 

Dr. Randall is a hematologist in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Lancaster General Hospital and Pennsylvania Hospital. He received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is one of 8 doctors at Lancaster General Hospital and one of 14 at Pennsylvania Hospital who specialize in Hematology.
