Medication History Specialists: Improving Patient Safety at LGH
4/14/2012 – A new service in the ED is making great strides in preventing prescribing errors. Since November, a dedicated team of Medication History Specialists (MHS) has been responsible for obtaining an accurate medication history for most patients admitted through the ED.
