1/17/2012 – The third annual PLA graduation program was held on December 1st at the Lancaster Marriott. CEO Tom Beeman congratulated the graduates and their spouses and thanked them for their commitment to leadership education and the PLA program. Diana Oreck, SVP from Ritz-Carlton Inc., presented the Academy's final CME lecture on the importance of leadership in achieving and maintaining service excellence.
