The Medical Staff Office serves as a resource to the medical staff regarding bylaws, rules and regulations; credentialing, departmental issues; and committee functions.
We are located on the first floor of the hospital across from the convenience Pharmacy. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm

Credentialing Process
The Medical & Dental Staff Office is responsible for the credentialing process of all physicians, dentists, podiatrists and mid-level practitioners. Upon receipt of the application the credentialing process will take between 8-10 weeks.
