R. Scott DeLong, M.D.

The fellowship was founded in 2001 to help meet the need for trained geriatricians, which is rapidly increasing as our population ages. The program’s 29 graduates now provide care in a variety of settings throughout the United States.

Recently graduated fellows include Stella Horwath, M.D., who practices with LG Health Physicians Geriatrics, and Tonye Eluchie, M.D., in her home state of Maryland. The program’s current two fellows are Rima Bishar, M.D., and Caitlin White, M.D.
