Women's Giving Circle
Now there is a group for women who want to do more than simply make a financial contribution to make a difference in the lives of women and babies in Lancaster County.
The Women’s Giving Circle at Women & Babies Hospital is a group of female donors who want to play an active role in determining where contributions can have the most positive impact.
Established in 2006, the Women’s Giving Circle has already enhanced the quality of care provided at Women & Babies Hospital, and through other Lancaster General Health women's health initiatives.
Membership is open to anyone in the community willing to make an annual commitment of $250 to the Lancaster General Health Foundation. Each member is an equal partner in the decision-making process that determines where Giving Circle contributions are needed most. If they wish, members can make their annual commitment in honor of or in memory of a loved one.
Group meetings (three per year) include interactive discussions on the physical, mental and financial well-being of women.
