County Line Family Medicine established its roots as a family practice in 1983 and has continued to grow and develop into a comprehensive healthcare team. Located at 5275 Lincoln Highway in Gap, County Line Family Medicine serves patients in eastern Lancaster and western Chester counties. The practice joined Lancaster General Medical Group in 2007 and is committed to meeting the needs of their patients and community well into the future.
