An array of services in a convenient setting
We provide a wide range of preventive services for children, adults and seniors. In addition to caring for you and your family members when you are sick, we offer wellness exams and physicals for school, sports, Medicare and other needs. We also offer evaluation and a range of treatments for migraine headaches.
Our provider team
Our healthcare team includes physicians, a physician assistant and nurses who work closely together to coordinate all aspects of your care. You can be confident that you’re receiving expert care from a team of medical professionals trained in the latest treatments and preventive practices. All of our physicians are board-certified in family medicine. You’ll also have access to the broad resources of Lancaster General Health’s many facilities and specialists.

Our office is next to Crooked Oak Outpatient Center, giving patients easy access to laboratory testing, X-rays and other diagnostic services, if necessary. |
