Gayle B. Sisbarro, DO, Managing Physician
Dr. Sisbarro graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986. She completed her internship and residency training at Metropolitan Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Sisbarro has practiced for over 20 years and has been with Crooked Oak Family Medicine since 1991. She is board-certified by the American Board of Osteopathic General Practitioners. |

Dr. Been graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1989. She completed her internship and residency at Community Hospital of Lancaster. Dr. Been has been practicing for 15 years. She joined Crooked Oak Family Medicine in September 1999. Dr. Been is board-certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians. |

Dr. Caron graduated from the University of Montreal in 1984. He completed his residency at St. Mary's Hospital, McGill University in Montreal. Dr. Caron has been practicing for more than 20 years, and joined Crooked Oak Family Medicine in 1997. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice and the Canadian College of Family Medicine. |

Gigi Vargas-Mirabal, PA-C
Dr. Vargas-Mirabal graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2006 with a BA in Physician Assistant Studies. She also graduated from Fort Sam Houston with a military degree in combat medicine in 2001. In her role as Physician Assistant, Ms. Vargas-Mirabal provides a full range of patient care, complementing the physician team. |
