Perry B. Kubek, DO
A Penn State graduate, Dr. Kubek earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has a special interest in sports medicine and preventative health in both adult and pediatric populations. In his spare time, Dr. Kubek is a horticulturist and avid gardener. |

Timothy J. Labosh, MD
Also a Penn State alumnus, Dr. Labosh earned his medical degree from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine. His medical interests include asthma treatments and sports medicine. Outside of the office, Dr. Labosh enjoys skiing and exercise. |

Sharon Eltz, MD
Dr. Eltz graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Biology and Philosophy. She earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed her Family Medicine Residency at LGH. Dr. Eltz's medical interests include family medicine, diabetes mellitus management, pediatrics and dermatology. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, studying, practicing the Spanish language, reading, hiking, pilates and being involved in her church community.

Elizabeth C. Sigmund, CRNP
Beth earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Pace University in New York. She also completed her master's degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Pace and she is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, National Nursing Honor Society. Beth has a special interest in pediatrics and women's health, and in her free time she enjoys cooking and sewing. |
