- To schedule an appointment, please call (717) 738- 0660. Please notify us in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment.
- In the event of a potentially life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately
- A physician is on-call during non-office hours.
- If you have a scheduled office visit, please check your medication(s) and let us know which one(s) need to be refilled. Please allow us 48 hours to process your request.
- If your insurance plan requires a referral from your primary care physician for the services of a specialist or for services performed outside our office, we will help you coordinate the appointment.
- Payments, including co-payments, are expected at the time of service. You can also pay bills online at www.LincolnFamilyMedicine.org.
- For efficiency and convenience, our services are billed through Patient Financial Services. Billing and Insurance questions can be directed to (717) 544- 4953 or 1-800-647-4419.
