Our doctors were awarded recognition for three years (beginning in January 2006) from the National Committee for Quality Assurance/American Diabetes Association for the Diabetes Doctor Recognition Program.
Appointments:
Keeping our office running smoothly helps us offer a supportive and high-quality environment for our patients. While we offer walk-in lab and x-ray services, we ask that you schedule an appointment to see a physician or nurse. For new patients and any type of physical (new patient, DOT, sports, driver, gynecology, pre-operative, etc.), we require you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time as this will allow you time to complete the necessary paperwork prior to seeing the physician.
Although we try hard to stay on schedule, emergencies sometimes cause interruptions. You can help us by letting us know in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. This way we can schedule other patients who may have a critical need for care. We also reserve the right to require payment for a missed appointment with less than 24 hours cancellation notice.

- A physician is on-call during non-office hours.
- If you have a scheduled office visit, please check your medications and let us know which one(s) need to be refilled. If you call for a refill, please use our Prescription Refill line at (717) 556-2611. Please allow two business days to process your request.
- If your insurance plan requires a referral from your primary care physician for the services of a specialist or for services performed outside our office, we will expedite and process this required information.
- Payments, including co-payments, are expected at the time of service. You can also pay bills online at www.NewHollandFamilyMedicine.org.
- For efficiency and convenience, our services are billed through Patient Financial Services. Billing and Insurance questions can be directed to (717) 544- 4953 or 1-800-647-4419.
