Additional Information
- To schedule an appointment, please call (717) 653- 1467. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. When calling our office during regular business hours to schedule an appointment, please be prepared to provide a brief description of the purpose for your visit. This allows us to schedule enough time for you to meet with the Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- In the event of a potentially life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. A medical emergency is the sudden onset of a problem such as chest pain, severe shortness of breath or loss of consciousness. For other urgent medical needs, you may call our office directly and we will assist you.
- A physician is on-call during non-office hours.
- If you have a scheduled office visit, please check your medication(s) and let us know which one(s) need to be refilled. For your safety, it often helps when you bring the medications you are taking to your appointment. If you call for a refill, please give us 72 hours to process your request. You will need to give the name of the doctor who prescribed the medication, the medication name, dosage, and the name of the pharmacy.
- If your insurance plan requires a referral from your family physician for the service of a specialist or services outside our office, we will prepare the paperwork. If you have questions, please contact our referral staff between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Your portion of the payment is due at time of service. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-pays, non-covered services and co-insurance. We accept cash, check, debit card, money order, MasterCard and Visa. If you are unable to pay in full at time of service, we can set-up a payment plan.
- For efficiency and convenience, our services are billed through Professional Billing Service. Billing, insurance questions and financial assistance inquiries can be directed to (717) 544-4182 or 1-800-647-4419.

For your convenience, Norlanco Outpatient Center is located within walking distance of Norlanco Family Medicine at 424 Cloverleaf Road in Elizabethtown. Our experienced staff will go to great lengths to ensure your visit goes smoothly and you receive the very best of care, using advanced technology and the medical expertise you’ve come to expect from Lancaster General Health.
