GYN-Oncology Specialists is committed to a patient's overall experience, caring for every aspect of a woman's journey. GYN-Oncology Specialists is dedicated to the care of women with precancerous conditions or cancer of the reproductive organs, and handles difficult GYN surgeries (without a cancer diagnosis). Local gynecologic oncologist, Dr. George Olt, remains on the leading edge of gynecologic care and oncology teatments for his patients.
Services Provided
Dr. Olt cares for patients with:
- Ovarian, uterine, cervical and vulvar/vaginal cancers
- Abdominal masses
- Abnormal Pap Smears
- Hysterectomies
- Gynecologic inflammations and infections including pelvic inflammatory disease
- Genetic testing and counseling for patients
- Colposcopy, LEEP and other specialized procedures
- Complicated GYN surgeries
- Minimally invasive surgeries, including use of da Vinci

- Physician Referrals - call (717) 544-0340. After completing a patient referral form, we will contact the patient directly to schedule an appointment.
- Emergencies – in the event of a potentially lifethreatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. For other critical needs, please call our office for an appointment. If you are in need of care after-hours, please call our main number. A specialist is always on call. An answering service will handle your call and notify the doctor, who will return your call within a short time period.
- For efficiency and convenience, our services are billed through Patient Financial Services. Billing and Insurance questions can be directed to (717)544-4953 or 1-800-647-4419. We accept many insurance plans as well as major credit cards. You can also pay bills online at www.GYN-OncologySpecialists.org.
- Prescription Refills – if you have a scheduled office visit, please check your medications and let us know which one(s) need to be refilled. We require 24-48 hours to process your request.
