Welcome to the Lancaster General Health Diabetes Online Community. If you or a loved one is living with diabetes, this site is your trusted resource for the education and motivation you need to make healthy diet and lifestyle choices.
 

Valuable diabetes information from a trusted provider

Lancaster General Health is committed to keeping you healthy and helping you manage your diabetes wisely—and we have the resources you need to do it. In addition to the Diabetes Online Community, we offer access to resources you won’t find anywhere else in Lancaster County, such as our Diabetes & Nutrition Center (watch here) with unique resources for pediatric diabetes. At the center, the area’s largest group of certified diabetes educators provide private consultation and group education on a variety of topics to help you live better with diabetes. We also have Lancaster County’s largest group of physicians dedicated to treating diabetes, Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists. From diagnosis through management, these specially trained professionals listen to your concerns, work with you to understand your goals and provide knowledgeable, up-to-date treatment options.
