Quick fixes don’t work. In this 12 week class you will learn simple solutions to the food and exercise challenges we face in today’s society and practical changes that will pave the way for an overall healthier lifestyle. This program incorporates techniques from the Beck Diet Solution that will help you manage your weight for life. Taught by a Registered Dietitian, this class will give you the tools and support to achieve a healthy weight and become a healthier you!
ADULT WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM GRADUATES ONLY: A drop-in monthly support meeting where a registered dietitian shares recipes, trends and hosts opportunities for participant sharing and support. This group meets monthly and is welcome to graduates of L.E.A.R.N. and Healthy Changes. Healthy You. adult weight management programs.
If you'd like to find the healthiest food options in the grocery story but find reading and trying to make sense of package labels a frustrating experience, join our registered dietitian on a tour of Weis Markets. You will earn how to compare food labels in order to make healthy eating both simple and affordable. The small group size gives everyone a chance to ask questions and learn in a hands-on environment.
FOR LGH EMPLOYEES ONLY: This program is a 10-week dietitian-led program for LG Health employees who want accountability and support to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle. The program runs year-round. Participants will meet weekly to weigh-in and discuss a topic related to weight management. No charge to employees who attend 80% of the classes in a session.
