Zonya’s DIET FREE is a deprivation-free nutrition and exercise program that teaches The Eight Habits That Will Change Your Life. Ten inspiring 30-minute video seminars, delivered once weekly for 10 weeks, teach you how to find optimal health…without counting carbs, fat grams, or calories, and without having to give up entire groups of food! The seminars will be viewed in a group setting with the support of others, and online at your own convenience. ADULT WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM GRADUATES ONLY: A drop-in monthly support meeting where a registered dietitian shares recipes, trends and hosts opportunities for participant sharing and support. This group meets monthly and is welcome to graduates of L.E.A.R.N. and Healthy Changes. Healthy You. adult weight management programs.
This is an employee-only program designed for anyone who has already done a weight management class or who already has a strong knowledge base of how to eat healthy and is looking for ongoing support and accountability to help them reach a goal or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Each weekly session will be discussion based rather than lecture based. Topics that will be discussed will vary based on the wants/needs of the class. This program will be ongoing throughout the year in 8-10 week sessions. Participants may sign up for as many sessions as they would like.
