Neurological Day Treatment Program
The Neurological Day Treatment Program’s mission is to provide a comprehensive rehabilitation program for individuals sustaining traumatic brain injury, stroke or other neurological disorder. Goals of the program are directed toward return of the patient back to work, school and/or independence in the home or community.
The philosophy is to provide the patient in the Neurological Day Treatment Program with an interdisciplinary, goal-directed approach that evaluates, treats and educates patients in the clinic but also provides interventions that allow safe and successful integration into the environment in which the person must function and work. This approach emphasizes the need to identify essential strategies necessary to manage the real-life barriers that impede these individuals from rapidly reaching their full potential.
