Patients with memory problems need a centralized place to turn to that can give them comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services. A place where patients can get answers to perplexing questions about memory loss. A place that provides guidance, treatment options and, most importantly, hope. Understanding that need, a group of neuropsychologists and neurologists created the Lancaster General Health Memory Disorders Program to help patients and their families cope with memory disorders.
The causes of memory loss are numerous. They can be serious and long-lasting or mild and temporary. A com¬plete evaluation to determine the main cause is critical so serious problems can be ruled out or treated early.
