Orange Sugar Cookies

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp. baking soda
½ cup Fleischmann’s Margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup Egg Beaters 99% Real Egg Product
Water

Combine flour and baking soda; set aside. In bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat margarine, ¾ cup sugar, orange peel and vanilla until creamy. Add EggBeaters; beat 1 minute. Gradually stir in flour mixture until blended.

Chill dough 1 hour. Shape dough into 42 (3/4 inch) balls; roll in remaining sugar. Place, 2 inches apart, on lightly greased baking sheets. Flatten with bottom of glass; sprinkle lightly with water. Bake at 375º for 8 to 10 minutes or until light pown. Cool on wire rack.
