Several surgical groups perform general surgeries at Lancaster General Hospital on both an outpatient and inpatient basis. Day surgeries are performed at the Lancaster General Suburban Outpatient Pavilion, Lancaster General Health Women & Babies Hospital and Lancaster General Hospital. Surgeries that require an overnight stay (inpatient surgeries) are performed at Lancaster General Hospital and, for women, some surgeries are done at Lancaster General Health Women & Babies Hospital.
