Executive Board, Committee Chairs, & Staff


Melissa Conklin, President 2017-2019, Chair United Fore Golf 2018

Melissa is excited to start her term as President on the board of the UA.  She is currently a Senior Administrative Assistant in the legal department with Armstrong Flooring, Inc.  Melissa is a Lancaster native and is a passionate supporter of pediatric care in our community.   



Linda Roush, VP of Fundraising 2015-2019

Linda is the Senior Development Officer and Coordinator of Campaign Programs at Elizabethtown College.  Previously, Linda has served in Advancement and Fundraising roles with Millersville University and Schreiber Pediatrics. Linda has a strong background in fundraising including work on several capital campaigns and is an active community volunteer.

 
 

 

Pam Denlinger, VP of Marketing 2015-2019

Pam is currently the retail manager at Penn Stone. She has previously worked as the Marketing Manager for the Lancaster Barnstormers and is a West Chester graduate.  Pam previously served on the 2nd Annual Match Point Tennis committee and is excited to be back with the UA in this new role. 

 



 

Kathy Boley, VP of Membership 2015-2019

Kathy has been volunteering with the UA for the last two years serving as Volunteer Coordinator on the Holiday Showcase on Penn Square and United Fore Golf.  Kathy thoroughly enjoyed working with our organization so much so she is excited to take on this new leadership role.  She is thrilled to continue to grow our organization and spearhead our membership efforts!

 


 

Kristy Muenz, Secretary 2015-2019

Kristy is the Print Publications Writer/Editor at UGI Utilities, Inc. Kristy is excited and honored to be serving on the Board and is thrilled to help build an awareness of what the UA does to make a difference in the community!  

 



 


Lydia Yeager, Nominating Chair 2017-2019

Lydia is beginning her tenure as Nominating Chair after being President for the past 4 years.  Serving as the Ticket Sales Manager for Student Services, Inc. at Millersville University for the last ten years, Lydia has enjoyed her work in the community. 

 


 


Meridee Duplissey, United Auxillaries Specialist

Meridee was born and raised in Northern Wisconsin. She jumped at the first opportunity to flee to warmer waters when she moved to Hawaii and eventually landed in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is where she met her husband John. After 11 years together they started a family. Meridee had been working in San Francisco for a law firm when their first child, Samantha, was born. This life changing event prompted the thought of moving to a location with more affordable housing, hence the move to Lancaster. (How Lancaster was chosen is a whole other story!) Blessed to stay at home for five years with their children Samantha, now 14 and Sydney, age 12, Meridee reentered the work force and found a great fit at Millersville University Special Events Office. Unfortunately, the position was temporary and after 2 years she started with Pottery Barn. Meridee opted to start as a sales associate and work her way up the ladder so that she would fully understand each role. After six years, 5 years as an assistant store manager she felt the urge to do work that was more tangible and meaningful. Meridee has been managing the day to day operations of the United Auxiliaries since 2012.  By supporting the Executive Board and its yearly fundraising efforts, she is proud to be a part of the Auxiliary’s commitment to improve pediatric care in our community.
