Get the tools you need to understand, minimize and manage your stress using proven strategies such as the relaxation response and positive thinking.

This hour long class will address the following topics:

  • What is stress?
  • Warning signs of too much stress
  • Why manage your stress?
  • The relaxation response
  • Changing your thinking patterns

All classes are held Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. at LG Health locations throughout the county.
