Acupuncture

Drawn from traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is a technique in which practitioners stimulate specific points on the body. Our licensed acupuncturist places very thin, sterile needles onto the skin to influence and balance the flow of energy throughout the body. Balanced energy promotes improved circulation, which stimulates the body’s natural ability to heal.

While acupuncture is best known for the treatment of pain, it is also used to improve depression, anxiety, acute and chronic respiratory conditions, osteoarthritis, migraines, digestive complaints, infertility, menopause symptoms, and menstrual difficulties. Many recipients with no major health concerns also use acupuncture to enhance wellness and prevent illness.

What to expect?

During your initial consultation, we will develop a treatment plan based on your symptoms, health history, and health goals.
