Handicapped Facilities
Lancaster General Hospital has numerous elevators throughout the hospital. The main entrances also have ramps. Several parking spaces are reserved in the parking garage for handicapped parking. If you require assistance, please pull up to the main hospital entrance on James Street or call ahead, (717) 544-5511. In the lobby there are volunteers and staff who can assist you and get you a wheelchair or other assistance.
Handicapped parking is available close to the entrances of the building. You can also call ahead for assistance, (717) 544-3700. There is also an elevator in the Women's Pavilion and the Medical Office Building.

There is an elevator near the information desk and additional elevators at opposite ends of the building within the Medical Office Buildings.
A full-time greeter welcomes all patients and visitors to Kissel Hill Health Center. If you require special assistance, please pull up directly in front of the entrance and the greeter will assist you. Handicapped parking spaces are located close to the building and wheelchairs are available.
