Trunk-twist exercise

This exercise stretches your back, spine, and upper torso muscles.

  • Sit with your legs crossed.
  • Reach your left hand toward your left foot, and place your right hand at your side for support.
  • Slowly twist your torso to your right.
  • Switch your hands and twist to your left.
  • Repeat 2 to 4 times.
