Lanyce Roldan

Lanyce Roldan has been named Chief Nurse Executive for Lancaster General Health. In more than 35 years with LG Health, she has served in various leadership positions, most recently as Interim Chief Nursing Officer.

In her new role, Roldan will provide operational oversight of all nursing services and leadership support of hospital operations, patient-care services and patient-support functions.

Stacey Youcis, Senior Vice President of Service Lines and Population Health, will provide executive leadership of the neuroscience service line; Roldan will continue to provide executive leadership of the musculoskeletal service line until a replacement is identified.

Roldan also will work closely with Bill McCune, Senior Vice President of Hospital Operations; Dr. Michael Ripchinski, Chief Quality and Medical Information Officer; and Dr. Monty Duke, Chief Physician Executive and Chief Medical Officer; to advance clinical quality throughout LG Health. She will report to President & CEO Jan Bergen.

Sean P. Reynolds

Sean P. Reynolds has joined Lancaster General Health Physicians as Vice President, Operations and Specialty Physician Services.
Reynolds oversees LGHP’s Medical and Surgical Specialty Practices, Women’s Specialty Practices, Urgent Care Practices, Professional Coding & Compliance and Professional Revenue Cycle.
Reynolds most recently served as Vice President for Physician Enterprise at Penn State Health – St. Joseph, Reading. He completed his undergraduate work at Penn State University and graduate studies at West Chester University.

Mary Papadoplos has been named Director of the new Medicine Service Line. LG Health’s eighth service line will predominantly focus on patients with pulmonary, renal, endocrine and/or infectious diseases. 
Papadoplos joined LGH in 1997 as a Diabetes Educator and has served as Manager of the Diabetes & Nutrition Center since 2010.  She also oversees the inpatient dietitians. She will continue to be responsible for these areas. 
A graduate of Marywood College and a Certified Diabetes Educator, Papadoplos is pursuing a graduate degree in healthcare administration.
Drs. Christopher Addis and Pamela Vnenchak will service as physician leaders for the service line. Tim Zellers will serve as executive sponsor.
