Feeling burned out?
LG Health’s new Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program offers powerful tools for coping with stress and anxiety. Eight-week classes designed for LG Health employees begin in September.
Participants will learn to reconnect with the sources of meaning in their lives, to be steady in the most difficult moments and connect more deeply with what matters most, leading to personal growth. Classes include guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices, gentle stretching and mindful movement.
Classes are held Wednesday evenings at the Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute. Eight-week sessions begin in September, January and April. Cost is $200.
