Tammy L. Ober has been named Vice President of Operations for Lancaster General Health.
Ober will be responsible for several operating departments of the hospital, including Respiratory and Pulmonary services, Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, Laboratory and Radiology diagnostic services. She also will oversee post-acute services across the health system, including Home Health and Home Infusion, and act as LG Health’s liaison to Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital.
Ober most recently served as Chief Executive for Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital and Division Vice President for the Eastern Region of Kindred Health. She holds a Master’s in Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s University.
Geoff Eddowes has been named Senior Operating Officer for Women & Babies Hospital. Eddowes, who acted in this capacity since February, will be responsible for all day-to-day operations and management at WBH.
He will continue to work closely with Senior Vice President of Hospital Operations Bill McCune, the Medical & Dental Staff, Acting Nursing Director Alyssa Waite and Michelle Schori, Executive Director of the Women and Children’s Service Line.
Eddowes joined LG Health in 2006 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Post-Acute Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University.
