Lancaster General Health’s Physician Leadership Academy graduated its seventh class in April. Since 2009, 190 clinicians and other health-system leaders have completed the one-year program, which prepares them for the challenges and responsibilities of leadership.
 
Faculty members, who include LG Health senior leaders and nationally recognized experts, cover a variety of topics, such as health-care finance, change management, quality, negotiation, self-assessment and team building, ethics and performance improvement.
