Now that May has arrived, I hope you’re finding plenty of time to relax and recharge outdoors. Maybe you’re even starting to think a little more seriously about your summer vacation. At Progress Notes, we hope to make your downtime more enjoyable with interesting stories about your friends and colleagues. This month hospitalist Dr. Tara Tawil shares her unique source of stress relief: collecting and building Legos. You’ll also meet the 30 newest graduates of our Physician Leadership Academy. It’s my privilege to be involved in this valuable program. You’ve probably heard about how the addition to Lancaster General Hospital will enhance the experience for our patients. In this issue, Dr. Chris Addis, Chair of the Department of Medicine, shares some of the benefits for physicians. Please don’t be shy about sending us your own story ideas. Do you or a colleague have an interesting hobby? Have you taken a once-in-a-lifetime trip or won a special award? We’d love to feature you in Progress Notes, click here. Thank you for all you do to take care of our patients and each other every day. Enjoy this month’s Progress Notes! Monty
