More than 25 people attended the first official gathering of the LG Health Alumni Club.

The LG Health Alumni Club for retired physicians held its first gathering at a Lancaster Barnstormers game. More than 25 people attended the July 17 doubleheader.

Register for the Doctors Cup

Don’t forget to register for Doctors Cup 2018!

The big event is set for 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, at Conestoga Country Club. All Medical & Dental Staff members are invited to play.
The festivities begin with registration at 11:30 a.m. and end with a 5:30 p.m. dinner and awards. Foursomes are determined by handicap and will include three physicians and a member of the LG Health leadership team. Spouses are invited to attend dinner.

Sarah E. Eiser, M.D., of LG Health Physicians Lancaster Physicians for women, was featured in a Fox 43 story on gender-neutral baby names.
In a WGAL interview, Rodney Hostetter, PA-C, of Urgent Care Ephrata offered tips for staying safe and cool during extreme heat.
Patrick Moreno, M.D., of LG Health Physicians Sports Medicine, was interviewed for a WGAL story on platelet-rich plasma therapy, which uses a patient’s own blood to treat chronic pain.
Eric H. Bradburn, D.O., of LG Health Physicians Trauma & Acute Care Surgery, and Michael Reihart, D.O., of Lancaster Emergency Associates, were featured in a Penn Medicine blog post about efforts to reduce Amish buggy accidents.
