Two physicians are among the winners of this year’s Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Helping Hands grants.
 

David Silbert, M.D.

Bret Daniels, M.D.

David Silbert, M.D., and Bret Daniels, M.D., each received $3,300 grants on behalf of a not-for-profit organization for which they volunteer. Nearly $15,000 in grants were awarded this year to eight employees or members of the Medical & Dental Staff.
 
Dr. Silbert, of Conestoga Eye, won a grant for FIBUSPAM, which provides primary and specialized medical care to families in Chimborazo, Ecuador. Dr. Daniels, of LG Health Physicians Twin Rose, won a grant for Haiti Outreach Ministries.
