To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Possess a Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school/college of pharmacy
  • Be in good standing to ensure completion of an accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency
  • Be eligible for licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Current PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residents of Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health are eligible for early commitment

When applying, please submit the following requirements to Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS):

  • Resident candidate letter of intent
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Pharmacy school transcript
  • Three letters of recommendation

Deadline for receipt of all materials via PhORCAS: January 4, 2021, 11:59 PM EST.
