Guacamole Dip

Our easy-to-make Guacamole Dip is a must-have at any celebration, large or small. The creamy, smooth and tasty avocado is synonymous with both Mexican cuisine and nutrition, containing nearly 20 essential vitamins and minerals, along with healthy fats to help prevent disease and keep your body functioning well.

Enjoy this popular fruit blended with lime, cilantro, and hot peppers and spices that America and the world has come to love.

Preparation time: 15 minutes


  • 3 avocados with pulp removed
  • Juice from one lime
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 1-2 Jalapeno or Serrano chilies, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seed and pulp removed, diced


  1. In medium-size bowl, mash avocado pulp.
  2. Add lime juice and stir.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  4. Garnish with more cilantro and tomatoes.
  5. Serve with favorite tortilla chips.
