Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health will transition its community COVID-19 testing from the LG Health Downtown Pavilion to the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center, 101 Champ Boulevard, Manheim, on Tuesday Jan. 12, 2021.

LG Health COVID-19 Testing location will operate Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. It will be closed Jan. 18, 2021 and Feb. 15, 2021.

Individuals with a provider order and a scheduled appointment will be tested at this site. Appointments cannot be schedule online at this time.

This site will provide testing for individuals who have received a test order by a health-care provider, including a video visit via Penn Medicine OnDemand. Non-LG Health providers should fax orders to 717-544-6854.

The new community testing site will replace LG Health's Downtown Pavilion COVID-19 testing location. The Downtown Pavilion testing location will close at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 11, 2021.

Lancaster City COVID-19 testing will continue at the following location:

  • Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Urgent Care, 540 N. Duke St., on Monday – Friday, 5 p.m. – 12 a.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
