Accepting new patients

Meet Dr. Moragianni

As a fertility specialist, I have the privilege of building strong bonds with my patients during very intimate and sensitive times in their lives. We troubleshoot and laugh together, but also cry together. I care deeply about my patients and am committed to being their healthcare partner and advocate in their journeys toward parenthood.

I am a native of Greece. I came to Penn Fertility Care-Lancaster General Health by way of New England and Virginia, where I provided patient care and served on faculties at Harvard Medical School and the University of Virginia, teaching the next generation of physicians.

I was honored to be named a Top Obstetrician/Gynecologist by the International Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Consumers Research Council of America, and a Top Doctor by the Washingtonian.

I have a strong interest in contributing to the broader field of knowledge and have authored more than 20 peer-reviewed articles, numerous book chapters, and continue to be involved in research projects and presentations locally and around the world. I am an editor and reviewer for several journals, including Fertility & Sterility and Obstetrics & Gynecology.
