Our physicians and certified nurse practitioners work together to coordinate all aspects of your diabetes and endocrine care.

Our board-certified specialists at Lancaster General Health Physicians Diabetes & Endocrinology provide expert diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with endocrine disorders including, diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, obesity, and metabolism disorders.

Since many disorders we treat are chronic, we work with you to develop a long-term management plan to help minimize the impact of your disorder. We use a variety of diagnostic tests to diagnose and monitor your condition.

Resources for Diabetes

In addition to medical management for patients with diabetes, we offer nutritional counseling on site, and work closely with the Diabetes & Nutrition Center to provide our patients with access to nutrition consultations and other services.

Preventing Diabetes

Studies show that dietary and lifestyle changes can prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes  in people who are at risk. Use our interactive Diabetes Risk Profiler to learn about your risk of getting diabetes. Print the results to discuss with your doctor.

Resources to Manage Chronic Conditions

Our patients with diabetes or other chronic conditions can help manage their health using MyLGHealth, our safe, secure online tool that allows you to request prescription refills, view lab results, receive preventive health reminders, and review recommended goals your doctors have set to help you control your condition. This tool is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
