Our highest priority is making sure you get the care you need, when you need it, in the safest way possible. You don't have to delay care for your annual check-up, chronic care management, or other health care concerns. We have different ways our patients can communicate with their provider from safe in-person appointments, telemedicine virtual visits, or you can message your care team through our online patient portal MyLGHealth. Current patients can also schedule virtual and in-person appointments through MyLGHealth.
