Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health understands that racism creates unequal barriers to good health.  We are working on a plan to reduce the burden of heart disease and diabetes among our Black, African-American, and Hispanic/Latino community members.

The Community Advisory Board will meet on weekdays, from 5:30-7:30 PM, during the following months:

• April
• June 
• September
• November 

A meal will be provided.  The group will discuss health issues affecting Black, African-American, and Hispanic/Latino community members with heart disease and diabetes.  Your feedback will help make healthcare services more welcoming and accessible for everyone in the community.
