Primary Care the Way You Want It

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health’s Virtual-First Primary Care Clinic offers secure, high-quality care from the convenience of your mobile device. You can get most of your primary care needs met without coming into the office to see the care team. If you require further evaluation, lab work, or a visit with a specialist, you enjoy in-person access.

There is no membership fee for this service and you can discontinue at any time. You will pay for services and visits as you would under your regular insurance plan, with standard co-pays and deductibles applying.

IMPORTANT: During a video visit, you must be in a state where your provider is licensed to practice medicine.

  • Once enrolled, you will receive a welcome text message with instructions on how to engage with your doctor and care team virtually.

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health network of urgent cares, hospitals and outpatient services are available in case a need arises that can not be handled virtually.
