Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is committed to providing you with the most accurate and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccine information. Vaccines are free of charge at all sites.

Vaccines now available at Vaccinate Lancaster:

Just walk-in, schedule your COVID-19 vaccine at or call 717-588-1020

Ages 12 and older. Minors (ages 12 through 17) must bring a parent or legal guardian to the vaccine clinic to sign a consent form.

Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 8 am – 6:30 pm.

Homebound Vaccination Program:

LG Health is working with the Lancaster County Office of Aging to provide in-home COVID-19 vaccines. Anyone unable to get to a vaccine at a distribution site because of a chronic or short-term medical condition or physical limitation is encouraged to contact the Office of Aging at 717-299-7979. LG Health is providing vaccines to all individuals ages 18 and older:

If you have a MyLGHealth account:

  • Login to MyLGHealth
  • Choose Preventive Care from the main menu
    • If you see COVID-19 vaccine as an overdue topic, schedule your appointment
    • If you do not see the COVID-19 vaccine topic and believe you may qualify for one under the current PA Department of Health guidelines, choose Questionnaires from the main menu and complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Qualification survey. Once completed, choose Preventive Care from main menu and schedule your vaccine.

If you do NOT have a MyLGHealth account:

  • Create a MyLGHealth account
  • Once your account has been created, please follow steps above

If you do not have access to online resources or a computer, you may call 717-588-1165 to schedule your vaccine appointment.
