At Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health we understand you may have questions about the COVID-19 vaccine. To help, we are committed to providing you with the most accurate and up-to-date information as it becomes available.

LG Health is currently providing vaccines to:

  • LG Health employees
  • All healthcare personnel who qualify as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Phase 1A.
  • In addition, the following groups were added to Phase 1A on January 19, 2021. LG Health is currently developing plans and procedures to vaccinate this group of individuals. We will share more information on how to receive your vaccine as soon as it becomes available. Please check this website frequently.
    • Persons ages 65 and older
    • Persons ages 16-64 with high risk conditions: cancer, chronic kidney disease, COPD, Down Syndrome, heart conditions, obesity, pregnancy, sickle cell disease, smoking and Type 2 diabetes mellitus

    Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health receives vaccine supply as an allocation directly from the PA DOH based upon their discretion. Vaccine availability is limited by the amount of vaccine provided by the state.
