Frequently Asked Questions About IVF Insurance Coverage, Discounts & More

From treatment costs to IVF payment plans, the financial considerations of fertility treatment can be stressful and overwhelming. That's why we have a dedicated, full-time financial advocate to help you review your benefits, understand IVF financing options and explain our wide range of self-pay discounts.

Is Fertility Treatment Covered By Insurance?

What Are My Options for IVF Financing and Payment Plans?

We have partnered with ARC® Fertility financing to provide you with affordable treatment packages. Over the last two decades, ARC has helped more than 80,000 people just like you build the family you've always wanted.

Choose from the following discounted multi-cycle packages:

  • ARC One-cycle Plus: 1 retrieval and up to 2 embryo transfers (fresh and/or frozen)
  • ARC Two-cycle Plus: 2 retrievals and up to 4 embryo transfers (fresh and/or frozen)
  • ARC Three-cycle Plus: 3 retrievals and up to 6 embryo transfers (fresh and/or frozen)

ARC also offers packages for egg freezing and genetic testing, which you can bundle into your treatment package. In addition, the ARC Success Refund Program means you receive money for any remaining cycles back if you get pregnant and have a live birth. For more information about ARC fertility financing, call 888-990-2727.

Do You Offer Self-Pay Packages?

We offer affordable packages for self-paying patients. These options are designed to avoid the extra costs involved with paying for each individual service involved in an IVF cycle. We discount and bundle our services to save you money and provide the peace of mind of knowing exactly what your treatment will cost.

We also offer low-cost, single-cycle IVF packages. Since the self-pay IVF packages are significantly discounted, charges are not itemized and we do not submit claims to the insurance company. Full payment is required before the start of the cycle.

Do You Offer Any Fertility Treatment Discounts?

Yes, we offer the following fertility treatment discounts:

IVF Military and Veterans Discount

We offer an IVF discount program to all active-duty military personnel, veterans and their spouses when insurances do not cover treatment. This program provides a 20% discount on all our IVF packages. To qualify, present your US military identification at the time of your initial consultation.

Oncofertility Discount

A cancer diagnosis is devastating, especially if there's a risk that cancer treatment may affect your fertility. We offer a 20% discount on oncofertility services for men and women so that you can preserve your ability to have a baby after treatment.

Fertility Medication Discount

As part of Lancaster General Health, a licensed hospital, we're able to offer ovulation induction and stimulation medications at a much lower cost than standalone fertility centers. This benefit makes fertility treatments such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) and IVF more affordable for many people.
