The Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI) Shared Governance Council identified a strong desire among employees to formally recognize and celebrate HVI staff for the great work they do every day. In response, the Staff Engagement and Patient Satisfaction Sub-Council proposed the ACE Award for "Acknowledging Consistent Excellence." The award honors staff members for achieving excellence in their area of expertise.
All HVI employees are potential candidates for the award. Anyone who has contributed to excellent patient care or provided service in an exemplary way can be recognized. Peers, managers, patients, or family members submit nominations via the form below on this page. Honorees are recognized as outstanding role models during an award ceremony and celebration in their home department, where the ACE award banner will hang for three months.
